What is Jagrut Yuva?
Jagrut Yuva is a neuroscience-backed Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) initiative for schools & colleges. The program empowers youth to deal with emotional ups & downs, anxiety, restlessness, anger and overthinking through simple & practical practices of mindfulness.
It uses tools like meditation, mindful breathing, guided introspection, and interactive games to build self-awareness, emotional regulation, focus, empathy and healthy communication in young individuals.
It is currently implemented across institutions in Telangana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Odisha, and other states.
